2. How to love a Cheshire Pork pork chop more than you do already? Put it in a sandwich with a lot of delicious toppings! Michael Pelkey from Knuckle Duster BBQ made us drool with his pork chop sandwiches this month!
3. Check out those beautiful grill marks. 😍We loved Chris Grove from Nibble Me This’s take on a thick cut pork chop with chorizo and black bean chili.
4. We dare you not to get hungry when you see this next picture. Jonathan Adam Smith from JASBBQ is making us good and ready for a pulled pork sandwich.
5. When you combine Cheshire Pork pork belly and pasta, we are there! Chef Nicholas Chavez plates up a beautiful red beet pasta with arugula, smoked goat cheese, roasted garlic oil, and our pork belly.
Honorable mention: What’s more to love than a jar of bacon? We’ll wait. Rations and Old Fashioneds visited the Raleigh Beer Garden and indulged on some of our deeelicious bacon back in March. They missed the cut off for our March Hams Down! blog so we wanted to include them this month!
